Thinking...
The week have been simple since there's no event happening. But on Friday, we headed to Q2 briefing and looking at the long of calender, i can see its another busy quarter for us. Am not sure how its going to be when the Asia Pacific and Asean list is not out yet, and that's when the travelling part comes into picture. Every month someone in the coy will tender. Since i came into the office for 4mths, i've already seen 4 person leaving the office. From mich to rachel to michele and finally grace decided to tender as well. These people can no longer take the stress that we are going through, esp when the pay don't justify the work load that we are working on. Most of all are infact relying on allowance that ususally mounts up to 50% of our basics. Boss Edward keep hinting us not to tender anytime now when the team manpower is getting weaker when we are strinking from 5 to 3 only but the work never seems to be any lighter. I believe this is not something just increment will help. Was told that GPJ are interested in acquisiting our company and when that happens our pay will raise by 20% and everyon is looking forward for it and of cos i do as well. but then it will be end of the year issue. am waiting for the may increcement of 20% and then slowly more increment to come and i will be secure with a good amt of basic pay. And that'swhen i can start excuting my plans and move on to some where else which is better and less work of cos, and less travelling,
Talking about travelling, am leaving for Phuket again at the end of the month and taking that boring silkair again which have only sucky food and no entertainment. I love SQ still. There are a few bangkok trips coming up and am trying to aviod it, i dun really wan to go bangkok.
