Justify
been a long week, especially when you've never ending stuffs to do. Somethings just takes place and screw up a little. I might be travelling up to KL for a week or Bintan for 2 day, and of course if you ask me, i would choose to go Bintan than the 7 days of KL. I just hate traveling up to KL, when you need to suffer that 4 hours ride on the road. And most importantly, going up to KL will actually take off my weekend next week. my schedule of choice will be 12 July to 18 July to KL or 17 Jul -18 Jul to Bintan. Yet to confirm but for sure am travelling next week. =(
something to be glad about? i got my promotion as Account Manager like boss promised, and of course increment takes place. Was told that there will be another pay adjustment, when we officially move over as MNC in Aug. I always thought this increment was meant for the move over but i didn't expect to hav another in Aug. Well its a good news ain't it? Because its not going to affect me much but am just getting more pay. Boss is still fighting for our pay, so let's wait and see what's the pay like. and i was told that the bonus sys was taken out, cos MNC usually onl pay off 13th month only, that's a sad case. So they would work out a pay system that spread the bonus into our monthly pay, thus this would be higer mthly basic but no additional bonus other than that basic 13th mth. Well, nothing we can do but to wait and that will be mine 5th increment in 7mths. =)
Looks like Sunday is coming again, haiz and that means monday is here very soon again. sickening. =(
