Looking at the situation...
It's the same old thing that is bothering me all these while. To stay or to leave this job? Time really flies, and i've been struggling with this job for the as long as 16 months. Can you believe it? cos i don't really do.
Am stucked in the situation of leaving and staying. There are some factors of the job that really makes me stay but its definitely not the job scope, the boss or event the clients. What i really like is the flexibility of the company and the bonding of the company people. And probably, a few nice clients that is really close to us. Other than that, i think its pretty hard to convince myself to stay in this job for another year or not.
With current situation of the market,and everyone is talking about how hard it's to get a job in the market now and blah blah blah. I never expect the market to b this bad, till people around me being affected.
i nid a direction for all these craps.
